参展细则
一、 参展范围和展品
1、 国内外画廊、艺术品公司、美术院校、美术团体、美术出版社、艺术经纪人及艺术家。
2、 各类绘画、书法、摄影设计、工艺美术品、装饰艺术品、美术用品、美术出版社和海报等。
3、 精品设计、手表、饰物、家居名品、创造艺术与生活充分融合的展示。
4、 参展作品资格由本会艺委会审定。
5、 所有展品的营销由参展者自行决定，售后按国家有关规定依法纳税，本会不另行收取管理费。
二、 报名
1、 报名时间：2004年11月15日前报名并交付申报资料及全额展位费。
2、 申报资料：展位申请表、图录内容登记表、刊登图录所用的120反转片、参展作品彩色照片及相关宣传资料。
3、 参展认定：手续完备，资料齐全经艺委会审合格者，组委会于2004年11月25日前寄发参展通知书及相关资料，未入选者，同时退还所有资料和展位费。
三、 图录
1、 博览会出版大16开中英文对照彩色印刷图录，刊登图录每版赠送壹本。
2、 每个展位在图录中拥有一版宣传页，每版限刊登参展作品一幅及参展单位（个人）联系地址、电话，本会对文字有编辑修改权。每版另送100张单张。
3、 图录正文部分只限刊登参展作品，如需增页，每页另收1000元。参展者如另要刊载其他宣传资料，则按广告条例收费。
四、 展馆
1、 展馆总面积8500平方米，共设展位300多个。
2、 展位由标准展板组成，展板高2.4米，每个展位面积9至10平方米，展线9米。
3、 展位设施包括：展板、射灯4支，商务洽谈桌1张，椅子2把，非照明插座一个（300W）、地毯。
4、 如需变动展位设施和占用展板外侧板面，须在报名时说明，并征得本会同意，费用另计。
5、 博览会办公室将根据参展者报名先后（以交缴展位费为准）及展场的整体布局统一安排展位。
五、 展位费标准及付款方式
1、 展场展位分为：A和B；A：7500元/个，B：7000元/个。
2、 展位费请在规定时间内付清，逾期不保留预订展位。
3、 付款可由银行转帐、邮政汇款、电汇、现金结算等方式支付。通过银行转帐或邮政汇款的参展者，请及时将汇款收据复印件寄交或传真给博览会办公室。
4、 本会收到款后即开具收据寄交付款人，需要正式发票者，报到时凭收据更换。
5、 优惠标准：连续三年参展者优惠5%，租3个展位以上者优惠5%，租5个展位以上者优惠8%，超过10个展位者优惠10%，于8月15日前交纳全额展位费者优惠5%。
六、 服务
1、 本会将在海内外采取多种形式，利用多种媒体介绍博览会及参展作品。
2、 本会充分利用多年来建立的网络，广泛邀请收藏家、商家、爱好者参观展出，选购作品。
3、 本会将提供代办住宿、展览用品租售（包括画框等），订购返程火车、飞机票以及由指定代理公司协助办理展品运输、进出境报关手续等服务。
七、 本会将向参展者颁发参展证书

2004 Guangzhou International Art Fair
Invitation
Guangzhou is a civilized ancient city with thousand years old, a modern city in China; Guangzhou is the political, economic, educational, and cultural as well as scientific and technological center in South China. Guangzhou has a few beautiful and legendary nicknames, the Starting Point of the Waterway of Silk; Guangzhou has been a birthplace of China Art Exposition. We have accumulated successful experiences in holding Guangzhou International Art Fair for 9 years. 2004 Guangzhou International Art Fair is going to be held at Guangzhou JinHan Exhibition Centre which is the bran-new and modern exhibition hall beside Guangzhou International Commodities Trade Fair. Guangzhou International Art Fair shall construct a bridge between arts and market and realize the maximum value of arts.
Sponsored by Guangzhou Municipal People's Government and supported by StarTV of GuangDong China, Guangzhou TV Station, Guangzhou Daily, Tourism Administration of Guangzhou Municipality and so on. Annual Guangzhou International Art Fair will be operated better and better. We sincerely welcome arts institutes, arts galleries, artists, designers and the creators for the living art works. We will attempt to make the common people's life full of art ant originality. We are ready to receive customers from all over the world. Detailed Regulations
for Participants of
2004Guangzhou International Art Fair
1. Exhibitors and Exhibits
1) Guangzhou Exhibitors and Exhibits Internal and external art galleries, art companies, art academies, art institutions, art agents and artists;
2) All kinds of paintings, calligraphy, art works of photography, handicrafts, decorations, stationery for paintings, art publications, posters etc., from both China and foreign countries;
3) Art works of goodie, watch, ornaments, art works of creation, etc.;
4) The qualifications of exhibits will be examined and approved by the Fair's art committee;
5) The sales of all exhibits are decided by the exhibitors themselves, Tax should be levied after the sales according to the state's regulations. The fair does not charge any fee of sales.
2. Application
1) Time: Applying for exhibition before November 15, 2004, sending the application documents and paying the total at the same time;
2) Application documents: Application Form, Picture Registration From, 120 film slides for picture registration, color photographs of participant's works and materials;
3) Confirmation of exhibition: For those whose formalities and materials are completed and approved by the Fair's art committee, the organizing committee will send them the notice of participation and relevant information before November 25, 2004. For those unqualified, it will return their documents and rentals.
3. Picture Registration
1) The Fair will print and publish color picture registration bulletin with Chinese-English instructions (large 16 mo.). A free copy will be given to each booth.
2) Each booth is allowed to have a page of advertisement in the picture registration bulletin, with only a piece of exhibited work and a brief introduction to the participant artist or institution (not over 100 words). The fair is authorized to edit and polish the instructions. Each booth is given 100 pages of the same page of advertisement.
3) The picture registration bulletin is limited for the exhibits. If extra pages are needed, 1000 yuan RMB should be paid for a page. Additional advertisement that wants to be printed in the bulletin will be charged according to the regulations for advertisement.
4. Exhibition hall
1) The total size of the exhibition hall is 8500 square meters, more than 300 booths.
2) The booth is formed by the standard display board (2.4 meter high). The size of booth is 9-10 square meters. The line of exhibition is 9 meter long.
3) The booth facilities include display boards, 4 spotlights, a table for business negotiation, 2 chairs, 1 electrical outlet (300w) and carpet.
4) Participants who need to change the facilities or to use the outer side of the boards should declared in the application and ask for permission. The cost is paid separately.
5) The priorities of booth arrangement are based on the payment time of the rental and the total arrangement of sections.
5. Rental and means of payment
1) The booths are divided into 2 types: Type A and Type B.
Type A: 7500 yuan RMB per booth.
Type B: 7000 yuan RMB per booth.
2) The rental should be paid within the booth will not be reserved if exceeding the time limit.
3) The rental can be paid by bank account transfer, postal remittance, telegraphic transfer or cash. Participants who pay the rental by bank account transfer of postal remittance should send or fax the duplicated copies of the receipts to the office of the Fair.
4) The Fair will immediately give the receipts to the payers after receiving the rental. This receipt can be replaced by a formal one during the registration. If asked.
5) Preferential treatment: Participants for a succession of 3 years can enjoy a 5% preferential payment. So do those who rent more than 3 booths. Those who rent more than 5 booths can enjoy a 8% preferential payment Those who rent more than 10 booths can enjoy a 10% preferential payment. Those who have paid the total rental before August 15 can enjoy a 5% preferential payment.
6. Services
1) The Fair will introduce this International Art Fair and the exhibited works internally and externally in various forms and various media.
2) The Fair will make good use of its network built up for many years to invite extensively the collectors, businessmen and enthusiasts to visit the exhibition and buy the exhibits.
3) The Fair will provide the services of reserving hotel rooms, renting or selling exhibiting facilities (including picture frames, etc.), booking the returning train and plane tickets and appointing agencies to assist participants in the exhibits transportation and application to customs for entry and export.
7. The Fair will award an honorary certificate of participation to every exhibitor
