Vancouver, BC - Viridian Gallery will be presenting Inner Viewing – two solo series photography by Andrew Chan & Jacky Zhong , the exhibits include photograph series by Andrew Chan and Jacky Zhong. This project is managed by Sen Wong.
Andrew Chan’s “Prospect “series is more of a look and overlooking the point of view to highlight the space scene of his choice, perspective of the expression of speed and dynamic expression of energy, from the works can feel his inner growth for the future and the world the way to explore the road and face the challenges of the unknown world of the heart of the posture. “My photos reflect my vision of how I see the city. I choose to photograph from high altitude viewpoints because I know that not everyone could see the city the way I do. Through my photos I hope to inspire people to step out of their comfort zone and do things that scare them. There’s no fun if you play by the rules.” -Andrew Chan
Jacky Zhong’s series titled “A world alone”. Jacky’s“A World”is also a world of his inner viewing from his own experience of the growth process, exposure to the real world, the reality through their shots and angles, projection of their world Perception, opinion, feelings, ideas. “Nobody knows why we do the things that we do. why we start things that will all come to an end. The relationships we have eventually all come to an end. the places we see are only exactly how they are in one moment of time. in this collection of photographs, i wanted to convey the emptiness and anonymity people fall into once you've lost them to time.“ -Jacky Zhong
