溶解和回归
姜纬

摄影师周裕隆的《上苍保佑超级明星》,戏谑,鲁莽,无畏,恣意蓬勃。

基于我的理解,我把他这个作品的创作过程称为“溶解”,而并非“添加”了些什么。最终,作品仍存留着几分勉强可以辨认的影子。这样的呈现方式,表面上背离了图像最初反映的“现实”,实际上却更接近“现实”的“真相”,或者说更接近于我们体会的“现实”,因为“现实”是不可能静止的,“历史”也从来没有消停过。

这些被改造过的图像进入了一种陌生的语境,用途与涵义也发生了变化,带着些侵略性与征服性,强行让观众重新解读它们,并重新去评估它们的价值或意义。周裕隆对此作出了个人化的发现,创造了较为整体性的修辞策略和话语结构,图像不再是世界客观现实的简单再现,而是识别塑造世界的创造实践的探索,是他自我作为摄影师在进行打量、编纂和展示。脱胎于耳濡目染的具象的存在之物,但的的确确掺入了演绎、篡改、创造的成分,画面强度就凸显出来,被擢升出来,原本个别的片断成为连绵的精心设计,一种致力营造的回环和震荡,让从历史、文化、时间中被“溶解”的图像又云诡波谲般的“回归”了历史、文化和时光之流。

Photographer Zhou Yulong's “God Bless the Superstar” is playful, reckless, fearless, capricious and exuberant.

Based on my understanding, I call this creative process of his work "dissolving" rather than "adding" . In the end, there are barely recognizable shadows in the work. This mode of presentation, on the surface, deviate from the "reality" initially reflected in the image, but in fact it’s closer to the "truth" of "reality", or closer to the "reality" that we are experiencing, we experience, because "reality" cannot be static. Yes, "history" has never ceased.

These transformed images have entered an unfamiliar context, and their use and meaning have also changed, with aggressiveness and conquest, forcing the audience to reinterpret them and re-evaluate their value or meaning. Zhou Yulong made a personal discovery about this and created a more holistic rhetorical strategy and discourse structure. The image is no longer a simple reproduction of the objective reality of the world, but an exploration of the creative practice that identifies and shapes the world. This is himself as a photographer who is looking, compiling and exhibiting. A concrete existence born from the daily, but which really adds the deduction, forgery and creation. The intensity of the image is enhanced and delicate. The original single fragments become a kind of successive and elaborate design. Development in circulations and shocks cause images that have been “dissolved” from history, culture and time to capricious “return” to the flow of history, culture and time.
